COP28: did it failed????

Did the COP28 in Dubai failed? That depends on how you see the glass. Is it hañf fool or is it half empty. If you only look at ending ending fossil fuels it is a loss for the enviroment and the ecology. But if you look at it look the consciousness it made in our scociety itś a win and not a small one. No politian can turn it back on that subject. And this is not a small plus, it means that now it is in our hands (society). And we shouldn’t forget that it is not only an oil issue but a personal of each of us to decide to use or not to use the car or to by any good that had to be transported some 1000 of miles or if I consume some local goods and so on. If we want to get rid of oil we need to change our consumption patterns and not tomorrow nor today but yesterday or even earlier and period. Will COP28 fail after dropping fossil fuel pledge?
