Paraguay President: Any multilateralism crisis can only be solved with more multilateralism

Aunque no sé demasiado sobre  Santiago Peña Palacios le doy claramente la razón sobre este tema. Claro que las negociaciones pueden ser un dolor de cabeza pero si no negociamos tenemos un mundo autoritario como el que qiere Javier Milei o la dona Trump o Vladimir Putin o cualquier político, no tiene que ser un déspota, que sólo cree que su visión del mundo es correcta y no tolera otras opiniones o visiones.

 

The President of Paraguay, Santiago Peña Palacios, stressed the critical role of the WTO in promoting peace and prosperity through free trade during his delivery on 31 January of the latest edition of the WTO Presidential Lecture. President Peña emphasized that, amid the current global challenges faced by the multilateral trading system, middle powers like Paraguay have a unique responsibility to act as bridge-builders and to foster dialogue and consensus. This will contribute to a more stable and cooperative international order, he said.

 

Sorry to be ironic but did Trump give you the OK to sepeake positive of multilateralism cause I get only the impression that he wants to win the race against Vladimir Putin but this is only my impression. I know that my view can be subjective because I am from that strange country that is part of GLOBAL NORTH and at the same time GLOBAL SOUTH.
